Lento means slow
Lento Studio is built around slow, considered travel in Italy.
I’m Lauren. I plan journeys for people who want to travel with intention - to stay longer in fewer places, eat well, and get to know a region beyond the obvious highlights. The Italy I share is calm, layered, and shaped by real time spent there.

Local knowledge matters
The right suggestion can shape an entire trip.
Rest belongs in the plan
A good journey should leave you restored.
